Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
